We can only accept orders from addresses in the United Kingdom.

If any items are out of stock, subject to delay or the price differs to that shown on your order, we will contact you a.s.a.p. on the email address provided. If we cannot contact you, we will continue to process the remaining items. We will not supply any substitutes without your prior consent.
After placing an order online we will email you a confirmation of your order as soon as possible. This is not an acceptance by us of your order but confirmation of receipt of your offer to us to purchase products.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order should there be an issue relating to payment, stock availability, website details/error or alike.
Once we dispatch your order we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email marks our formal acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between us.
Orders will be dispatched a.s.a.p. subject to stock availability and security checks, though we can not guarantee delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. We will contact you if there is a problem with your order or if the items are out of stock. If we do have an issue with your order and we have tried contacting you about your order and have not heard back within a reasonable period of time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Once an order has been dispatched we will be unable to cancel the order, hence any unwanted items will have to be returned for a refund. Please refer to the ‘Cancellation, Refunds and Returns’ section for further details.
By placing an order with us you are confirming that any information you have given is true and accurate and that you are authorised to use the card on which payment was made.
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is via Royal Mail first or second class post.
Delivery options and related charges are as follows:-
FREE UK Delivery on all orders £20 and over (3-5 working days)
Saver UK Royal Mail Delivery (3-5 working days) - £2.95
Standard UK Royal Mail Delivery (1-3 working days) - £3.95
Larger orders (above 1kg, approximately 30 items or more) may be subject to increased delivery charges. We will contact you via email or phone if this is the case.
If for any reason you do not receive your order within the expected delivery timeframe following receipt of your email confirming dispatch, please get in touch with us a.s.a.p. and we will try to find out where your order is. Unless we receive notification within 14 days from the dispatch email that an order has potentially been lost, we may not be able to process redelivery or a refund request.
As soon as your items have been delivered, or confirmed as having been delivered by Royal Mail, then you will be responsible for them.
Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on the website are in Pounds Sterling.
The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you placed your order, plus any applicable delivery costs.

Payment is taken from the instructed card when the order is made via the website. We accept most major credit, debit cards, and Paypal.
Please note we do not accept payment over the phone, payment is accepted via the website only.
Occasionally we may run offers which give an additional discount with the use of a promotional code. These codes are valid for a limited time only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Only one promotional code can be used per order and can only be redeemed via the website when placing an order.
Though we will endeavour to do our best to ensure any discount codes shown on third party sites are up to date, we cannot absolutely control any incorrect information related to codes displayed.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible prior to returning the goods. If we receive your cancellation instruction before your order is dispatched, we will issue a full refund on receipt of your email. If your order has already been dispatched, you must return all items in their original packaging within fourteen days of receipt. We strongly advise that goods are returned via a signed delivery method as otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for loss. Note that any shipping costs already incurred by us and the return postage costs will not be refunded - the refund will be for the value of the goods only.
Assuming goods are received in the original condition and packaging, a refund will be issued on receipt and once processed ownership of the goods reverts to us.
